At present, as the chair for the Hailika'as Heiltsuk Health Centre Board of Directors, it is important that we highlight various initiatives within our organization. As we strive for self governance our organization is in the initial stages of Accreditation. Our Board of Directors meets on a monthly basis to review and assess all of our programs & related budgets. In our efforts to better meet the needs of our community we welcome you to our website and encourage your participation in any of the programs that may apply to you.

Good day, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My Name is Patricia Turner and I have been newly hired as the Operations Manager for the Health Centre.

I bring to the organization 30 years of experience in Health Care. This includes involvement in both the Private Enterprise and the Provincial Ministries of Health (BC & Alberta).

It is my intention to bring my strengths to an already forward looking Health Centre by providing advice and guidance to all of our programs in regards to Human Resources.
