Monday to Friday: 7:30am-1:00pm
3:00pm – 8:30pm

Saturday:
12:00pm – 5:00pm

We are closed daily from 1pm to 3pm

We are Closed on Sundays

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
Adults: $25.00 a month
Students 16 Years and Over: $15.00
Daily Drop In Fees: $2.50
Elders 55 Years and over are free
People with Diabetes or any other Chronic Disease are free
We also have Family Rates and Group Rates

Cardio Blast Class: Free for Biggest Loser Participants or $2.50 for drop in

Tae Bo Classes: $2.50 Drop in(Starting in June)

Boot Camp Classes: $5.00 Drop in (Starting in May)

Walking Club: $15.00 Fee (with free Pedometer)

The following programs are developed to better meet the needs of our Community and organization as a whole.

 

Administration Program:

Program Mandate: To be efficient and effective in providing the best possible support services to the Health Centre.

Community Wellness Program:

Program Mandate: To provide healthy alternatives for families as defined in the CCS needs assessment. Fitness Centre: A place that promotes the benefits of physical and nutritional wellness.  Services are Non-Legislated and Voluntary.

Healthy Families Program:

Program Mandate: To offer and promote well-being of community members through the implementation of holistic healthy families programs.

Operate a comprehensive dental treatment and prevention program in Bella Bella.

Home and Community Care Program:

Program Mandate: Services will promote independence and respect by providing a safe environment, which reflects the Heiltsuk culture, which is to maintain holistic health and well-being for all.

Maternal Child Health Program:

Program Mandate:  To improve healthy outcomes for pregnant First Nations women and families with children 0 to 6, who live on reserve to implement a comprehensive Maternal Child Health Program and to identify opportunities to bring safe birthing options closer to their First Nations Communities.

Patient Transportation Program:

Program Mandate: To administer a Health Canada non-insured health benefits program that provides Registered Indians on reserve with transportation to the nearest appropriate medical or health related facility located off reserve in order to receive medical and other health related services.
