Our Administration Team recognizes that it is our responsibility to support all our teams so that the needs of our clients are being met more efficiently and effectively.

Who we are and what we do?

Administrative: Receptionist, Office Assistant

Front office and telephone reception, the face of the organization, visiting professional support, supports the office manager with inventory control, office flow, front office machines

Finance Department – Manager, Assistant, Payroll

Budgets, financial statements for management and the board of directors, reporting requirements to funders, expenses, income, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and benefits program

IT/Systems Administration

All aspect of our computer network – privacy/security, all office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners) maintenance and upkeep, telephone system maintenance/trouble shooting

Maintenance/Janitorial

Upkeeping of all buildings/staff units, fleet of vehicles, safe, clean and sanitary space for staff and clients

Office Manager/Accreditation

Assistant to the Health Director, Health Board recording secretary including corporate records for the HHHC Society, communication – program advertisements, bimonthly newsletter, accreditation champion, Hippo CMMS software manager, support the work of the 3 in 1 health and safety committee – occupational health and safety, risk management/quality improvement initiatives, client safety
